At Biddex Solutions LLC, we manage complex financial transactions across multiple global vendors. Our refund policies reflect the strict cancellation rules imposed by these third-party suppliers.

1. Agency and Planning Fees

Our professional service fees for itinerary design, logistics planning, and operational deployment are strictly non-refundable. These fees compensate our personnel for the time and intellectual labor required to map and secure your route, and are considered fully earned upon receipt of your initial deposit.

2. Supplier Cancellations

Refunds for airfare, hotel bookings, private charters, and ground transport are dictated entirely by the individual supplier's policy governing that specific reservation. Biddex Solutions LLC will advocate fiercely on your behalf to secure available refunds or travel credits from these suppliers in the event of a cancellation; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for non-refundable fares or deposits.

3. Alterations and Change Fees

Modifications to an active itinerary after bookings have been confirmed will likely incur administrative change fees from both the affected suppliers and Biddex Solutions LLC to cover the operational cost of route rectification.

4. Force Majeure

In the event that travel cannot be executed due to weather disasters, pandemics, geopolitical conflict, or other forces beyond human control, refunds remain subject to supplier policies. Biddex Solutions does not independently issue refunds for supplier failures caused by Force Majeure.

5. Chargebacks

Attempting to bypass supplier cancellation policies via unauthorized credit card chargebacks for properly executed agency services will result in immediate termination of the client relationship and potential legal recovery proceedings.
