Biddex Solutions LLC acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers). By retaining our services to plan, reserve, or purchase travel, you agree to these Terms. We do not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers and are not liable for their delays, cancellations, defaults, or negligence.
Clients assume full responsibility for verifying that required travel documentation (passports, visas, vaccination certificates) are current, valid, and match the booking data exactly. Biddex Solutions LLC is not liable for border entry denials or boarding refusals resulting from inaccurate client-provided data or lack of proper documentation.
Our planning, itinerary design, and logistical execution fees are separate from the hard costs of the travel itself. These fees are detailed in your initial Service Level Agreement (SLA) before any booking commences and are non-refundable once planning has initiated, regardless of subsequent cancellation of the actual trip.
Travel inherently involves risk. While we monitor global routing environments, the decision to travel to any specific region is the client's sole responsibility. We strongly advise the procurement of comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and supplier default. Biddex Solutions LLC is not responsible for losses unrecovered due to a client's choice to decline insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes regarding our planning or agency services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
